No. RentLogBook does not process payments or connect to banks. It helps landlords manually record rent payments for tracking and reporting.
Can I track partial rent payments?+
Yes. You can enter the amount paid, see the remaining balance, and mark the rent as partial.
Can I send rent reminders?+
Yes. You can email tenants from Rent Tracker for unpaid, partial, or late rent. Landlords also receive optional email alerts: daily for overdue or upcoming rent, and weekly lease expiry reminders starting 6 months before the end date until the lease is renewed.
Can I track expenses by property?+
Yes. You can record expenses and filter them by property, category, month, or year.
